美东时间周四早间，CVS健康公司股价上涨超过7%，此前该公司公布的第一季度盈利和营收均超出市场预期，并上调了全年调整后每股收益（EPS）指引，因旗下陷入困境的保险业务在此期间有所改善。

　　该公司目前预计，全年调整后每股收益为6至6.20美元，高于此前预期的5.75至6美元。

　　不过，CVS下调了GAAP（通用会计准则）稀释后每股收益指引，其中包括与其药房服务子公司Omnicare相关的法律诉讼费用。

　　本周，一个陪审团裁定Omnicare因向养老院和长期护理机构的老年及残障人士无有效处方配药而负有责任。CVS表示计划上诉。

　　该公司未提供全年营收预测，并表示鉴于持续高企的医疗成本和“潜在的宏观经济逆风”，对今年剩余时间“保持谨慎态度”。

　　CVS首席执行官David Joyner在接受媒体采访时表示：“我们在目标市场和目标人群的竞争策略上更加审慎，因此我们实际上已经为更高的（医疗成本）趋势做了规划和预算。”他补充道：“我认为我们没有感到意外，是因为我们今年本就预计到这一趋势。”

　　Joyner还提到，公司正在关注特朗普总统计划大幅提高进口药品关税可能带来的影响。
