Greenvale Energy (ASX:GRV) completed its acquisition of the Oasis uranium project in Queensland and is now preparing for its maiden drilling program, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
Greenvale Energy paid AU$200,000 in cash to Maverick Exploration, Remlain, and Mineral Intelligence, and issued 20 million of its shares as transaction consideration.
The mineral explorer said preparations are "well advanced" for its debut drilling program. A drill rig is expected at Oasis by mid-May, per the filing.
Greenvale Energy's shares were up 2% in recent Friday trade.
