AMA Group (ASX:AMA) said that its revenue for the fiscal third quarter rose to AU$249.6 million from AU$226.2 million in the same quarter the previous year, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
Its normalized earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization for the March quarter came in at AU$21.1 million, almost doubling from the AU$10.7 million it reported in the year-ago quarter, the filing said.
It said that its motor repair services agreement with Suncorp (ASX:SUN) was updated on April 1, reaffirming their partnership.
Its board continues to review all options for the ACM Parts business, with a sale being the preferred option. It completed the acquisition of Hondat Smash Repairs in March.
The firm expects fiscal 2025 normalized earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization to be between AU$58 million and AU$62 million.
Its shares surged 21% in recent trading on Thursday, the highest point in over 52 weeks.
