智通财经APP讯，维信金科(02003)发布公告，根据《证券及期货条例》第XV部(香港法例第571章)由HighLoyal Management Limited(“HighLoyal”)和郭炎及郭张秀芬(其各控制HighLoyal50%权益)已提交的披露权益通知，于2025年4月29日：(1)HighLoyal于本公司的股份权益已减少至48746970股股份，占已发行股份总数9.96%;(2)郭先生及郭太太各于本公司之股份权益亦因此被视为减少至4874.7万股股份，占已发行股份总数9.96%;及(3)HighLoyal、郭先生及郭太太各自不再为本公司主要股东及核心关连人士，以及由High Loyal持有的股份(而郭先生及郭太太均被视为拥有该等股份的权益)均计入公司公众持股量的一部分。
于2025年4月29日，由公众持有的股份数目为1.63亿股股份，占已发行股份总数的33.34%。因此，公司的最低公众持股量已恢复，且公司已符合上市规则第8.08(1)(a)及13.32(1)条的规定。
