智通财经APP讯，璋利国际(01693)发布公告，配售协议所载的所有条件已获达成，配售已根据配售协议的条款及条件于2025年5月2日完成。配售代理已成功按配售价每股配售股份1.20港元向不少于6名承配人配售359万股配售股份，相当于紧随配售事项完成后经配发及发行配售股份扩大的公司已发行股本约9.07%。
配售事项所得款项净额约为415万港元，将按该公告所载用作集团的一般营运资金。
