智通财经APP获悉，中教控股(00839)跌超6%，截至发稿，跌6.15%，报2.29港元，成交额710.98万港元。
消息面上，中教控股发布截至2025年2月28日止六个月的中期业绩，收入36.73亿元(人民币，下同)，同比增加11.8%；股东应占净利润9.67亿元，同比减少9.7%；每股基本盈利35.63分。公告称，收入增加主要是由于学生人数增加所致。同时，随着校园扩大及课程增加，师资及教学投入有所增长。
值得关注的是，中教控股在近日发布的公告中提到，公司正在积极检视资本管理策略，重点评估股息派发与股份回购各自的相对优势。在当前市场环境及资本可用性条件下，公司将优先考虑偿还债务及维持流动性稳定，以应对收紧的金融环境及即将到期的债务安排，避免交叉违约风险并保障营运稳定。同时，鉴于以往的股息派发未能有效稳定并反映公司市场价值，股份回购相较于派息在资本配置方面或能提供更大的灵活性。
