Midea Group (SHE:000333, HKG:0300) proposed to register and issue super short-term and medium-term bonds, according to a Shenzhen Stock Exchange filing on Wednesday.
Both super short-term and medium-term bonds will each amount to 10 billion yuan.
The proceeds from the planned issuance will be used to supplement the Chinese appliance manufacturer's working capital and pay debts.
Hong Kong shares of the company rose 2% recently.
