消息面上，三生制药发布公告，该公司自主研发的抗VEGF/PD-1双特异性抗体(研发代码：707注射液)于2025年4月17日获国家药品监督管理局纳入突破性治疗品种，适应症为一线治疗PD-L1表达阳性的局部晚期或转移性非小细胞肺癌。
首创证券指出，随着多个临床试验数据陆续披露，PD-1/ VEGF 双特异性抗体在非小细胞肺癌治疗中的临床有效性逐步得到验证，未来也有望进一步拓展其他实体瘤适应症， PD-1/ VEGF 双特异性抗体有望成为下一代肿瘤免疫疗法中的潜在重磅产品，临床进度排名靠前的品种有望具有一定先发优势。关注三生制药等。
