金吾财讯 | 美兰空港(00357)早盘股价高开逾11%，惟随后升幅回落，截至发稿，报10.22港元，涨幅6.46%，成交额2236.96万港元。美兰空港宣布，内资股要约人海南机场设施向海口美兰国际机场购买美兰空港已发行股本约50.19%，总代价23.39亿元人民币(约25.205亿港元)，相当于每股股份9.85元人民币(10.62港元）。完成后，要约人及其一致行动人士共计持有公司股本52.05%，须按例提出强制性全面要约，每股H股现金价10.62港元，较上一交易日(4月30日)收报溢价10.63%。涉资最高约24.1亿港元。要约人有意维持公司的上市地位。
