Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency (NSE:IREDA, BOM:544026) has appointed Punnu Grover, Additional General Manager, (Finance & Accounts), as the new chief compliance officer with effect from Thursday, according to a Wednesday filing to the Inidan stock exchanges.
She takes over from former chief compliance officer Piyush Kumar, who retired from the company of Thursday.
