智通财经APP讯，保德国际发展(00372)及要约人Marching Great Limited联合公布，于2025年5月2日(星期五)下午四时正，要约人已收到要约项下涉及合共 6472.99万股要约股份的有效接纳书，相当于公司于本联合公布日期的全部已发行股本约21.38%。
因此，要约文件所述条例已达成，而要约于2025年5月2日已在所有方面成为无条件。
根据收购守则规则15.1，要约的截止日期(即2025年5月22日)将为要约文件日期起计第28日或之后。倘要约成为或为无条件(不论就接纳或就所有方面而言)，则其后不少于14日仍可供接纳。要约文件已于2025年4月24日寄发。因此，要约将维持可供接纳，直至2025年5月22日下午四时正(或要约人在执行人员同意下及根据收购守则可能决定的较后时间及╱或日期)为止。
