智通财经APP讯，泓基集团(02535)发布公告，董事会获陈先生告知，最后一轮配售事项于2025年5月2日完成。于2024年11月15日、2024年12月24日、2025年1月20日及2025年5月2日落实的配售事项中，总计4.8亿股配售股份已由配售代理根据配售协议的条款及条件按每股配售股份0.25港元成功配售予不少于六名承配人，占公司全部已发行股本的24%。
于完成后，(i)概无承配人或其联系人成为公司的主要股东;及(ii)卖方持有10.2亿股股份，占公司全部已发行股本的51%。因此，卖方仍然为公司的控股股东。
