字母表公司（Alphabet）旗下的谷歌公司将在 9 月面临一场庭审，此次庭审围绕反垄断执法机构提出的相关提议展开，该提议要求谷歌剥离其广告技术业务的部分资产，以解决谷歌在在线出版商用于销售广告的工具方面占据主导地位的问题。

　　弗吉尼亚州亚历山德里亚的美国地方法院法官莱奥妮・布林克马在听取了谷歌公司和美国司法部关于此案潜在补救措施的陈述后，于周五确定了庭审日期。

　　预计双方将于周一提交详细的提议方案。

　　美国司法部的律师朱莉娅・塔弗・伍德表示，司法部将要求谷歌剥离其广告交易平台和出版商广告服务器业务，这一过程预计将耗时数年。

　　谷歌公司的律师凯伦・邓恩称，谷歌支持采取行为补救措施，比如向竞争对手开放实时竞价服务，但她认为，检方在法律层面无权强制谷歌出售其部分业务。

　　她还表示，这样的举措也会损害互联网用户的利益，并且可能找不到有意收购的买家。

　　出版商广告服务器是网站用来存储和管理其数字广告资源的平台。与广告交易平台一样，这项技术使新闻出版商和其他在线内容提供商能够通过出售广告来盈利。

　　布林克马在 4 月作出裁决，认定谷歌非法地将出版商对其广告交易平台的使用与其广告服务器的使用捆绑在一起，并实施了 “不符合其出版商客户最佳利益” 的反竞争政策。她表示，这种行为损害了市场竞争，对出版商造成了伤害，并最终损害了互联网用户的利益。

　　路透社去年 9 月报道，谷歌此前曾考虑出售其广告交易平台，以安抚欧洲的反垄断监管机构。
