智通财经APP讯，东京中央拍卖(01939)及要约人ESSA FINANCIAL GROUP LTD联合公布，公司获卖方(安藤湘桂，执行董事兼董事会主席，于完成前为控股股东)及要约人通知，于2025年4月25日，卖方、要约人及其他买方订立买卖协议，据此，卖方同意出售而要约人及其他买方同意购买合共3.75亿股待售股份，相当于本联合公告日期公司全部已发行股本约74.99%。待售股份的总代价为1.65亿港元，相当于每股待售股份0.44港元。完成已于2025年4月25日落实。
