Construction Partners said it has acquired PRI, expanding its operations across Tennessee.
Civil-infrastructure company Construction Partners said Thursday the deal includes PRI of East Tennessee, an asphalt manufacturing and construction business, and Pavement Restorations, a pavement preservation business.
PRI of East Tennessee, headquartered in Knoxville, Tenn., maintains a hot-mix asphalt plant and provides construction and paving services for public and private projects.
Pavement Restorations is based in Milan, Tenn. and provides specialized sitework services in addition to pavement preservation.
"The State of Tennessee is ripe with organic and acquisitive growth opportunities, driven by strong economic growth, favorable demographic trends, and a healthy transportation funding program," Construction Partners' Chief Executive Fred Smith III said.
