Omega Healthcare Investors (OHI) reported Q1 adjusted funds from operations late Thursday of $0.75 per share, up from $0.68 a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $0.71.
Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $276.8 million, up from $243.3 million a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $278.5 million.
The company increased its 2025 AFFO guidance to $2.95 to $3.01 per share from $2.90 to $2.98 earlier. Analysts expect $2.86.
The company said it completed $344 million in real estate acquisitions and repaid a $50 million term loan in April.
