1423 ET - Hispanic customers are spending less at Wingstop, executives of the restaurant chain say during an analyst call. Along with a broader pullback in consumer confidence, Wingstop experienced the biggest drops in demand in specific groups including Hispanic and lower middle-income customers, management says. Wingstop is trying to tailor its advertising, both in messaging and medium, to those cohorts, it says. "In the instances where we can present value to a customer who is a little bit more sensitive to this current macro environment, we're going to lean in and do that," CEO Michael Skipworth says.
