格隆汇5月2日丨盐城港(08310.HK)公告，公司获告知，于2025年5月2日，大丰港(香港)向GEM上市规则项下所界定公众人士出售合共89,280,000股股份(占已发行股份总数约6.93%)。紧随出售事项后及于本公告日期，公众持有的股份总数为322,425,000股，占已发行股份总数的约25.03%。
因此，公司最低公众持股量已恢复至GEM上市规则第11.23(7)条项下所规定的已发行股份总数的25%。
