美国一季度GDP萎缩，特朗普“甩锅”拜登

美国商务部4月30日公布数据显示，2025年第一季度，美国国内生产总值（GDP）环比按年率计算萎缩0.3%。这是2022年以来美国经济的最差季度表现。

这一数据的糟糕程度超出市场预期，凸显美国政府关税政策引发的不确定性持续上升，并导致企业与消费者信心下滑。美国商务部当天表示，第一季度GDP萎缩主要受进口大幅增加和政府支出减少拖累。

美国政府表示，糟糕的经济数据“都是前任的祸”，呼吁民众“保持耐心”。美国总统特朗普30日在社交媒体平台“真实社交”上表示，第一季度的经济萎缩应归咎于上届政府，“我们的国家将实现经济繁荣，但首先我们必须摆脱拜登政府的不良影响”。

美国政府对贸易伙伴广泛加征关税，让经济学家、商界人士普遍对经济前景感到忧虑。美国彼得森国际经济研究所高级研究员、前财政部官员加里·赫夫鲍尔日前对新华社记者表示，关税政策正给企业决策者们带来巨大不确定性，他们不仅担心自身供应链和客户，还担心其他领域的影响。这导致企业推迟投资决策，也导致消费者信心急剧下滑。他认为，美国经济在今年下半年可能陷入衰退。
