消息面上，天立国际控股近日公告，截至2025年2月28日止六个月，公司收益18.76亿元人民币，同比增长14.0%；期内溢利3.9亿元，同比增长36.3%。董事会决议派付中期股息每股股份人民币5.78分，中期股息派付率维持在30%。
华泰证券认为，民办学历教育学位需求相对刚性、政策环境和竞争格局相对稳定，公司现有学校利用率提升潜力充足，托管等多元化新业务有望进一步打开增长空间。国信证券则指出，民办高中学历学校预计中长期仍将受益于行业供需缺口，公司是该赛道目前港股通内唯一标的，兼顾稀缺性与良好质地，维持“优于大市”评级。后续若能凭借自有校禀赋加快AI教育产品落地，也有望进一步打开增长空间。
