又一公募行业老将退休离任，年内174位新人成为基金经理
【环球网金融综合报道】5月1日，华泰柏瑞基金发布公告称，田汉卿卸任公司副总经理一职，原因为退休，离任时间为4月30日。而4月29日，该公司宣布，田汉卿卸任华泰柏瑞中证500指数增强、华泰柏瑞量化先行混合、华泰柏瑞量化创优等10只基金的基金经理。
资料显示，田汉卿是清华大学经济系学士、硕士，美国加州大学伯克利分校MBA，CFA。2004年，MBA毕业后的田汉卿正式进入巴克莱全球投资（BGI），是量化投资巨头BGI为数不多的华人基金经理之一，曾担任BGI亚洲（除日本）量化团队主要负责人之一。2012年8月，田汉卿加入华泰柏瑞基金，并于2013年10月起担任公司副总经理。
东方财富Choice数据显示，田汉卿管理时间最长的华泰柏瑞量化增强混合A自2013年8月2日任职以来回报率达205.51%。
值得一提的是，公募基金行业高管或基金经理因退休离职的情况时有发生。去年8月，交银施罗德基金宣布，阮红因达到法定退休年龄，不再担任公司董事长职位。同是去年8月，诺安基金基金经理王创练也因退休离任，卸任了5只基金的基金经理职务。今年3月，国海富兰克林基金原董事长吴显玲同样因退休原因离任。
在行业老将陆续退休的同时，公募行业也在不断注入“新鲜血液”。Wind数据统计，截至4月底，今年以来已有174位“新人”走上基金经理岗位，全行业基金经理人数突破4000人。（南木）
