Odaily星球日报讯 Freight Technologies（Nasdaq: FRGT）宣布与一家机构投资者签署协议，拟通过可转债融资最多 2,000 万美元，用于购买特朗普官方 Meme 币 TRUMP。 根据融资协议，Freight Technologies 计划在首轮融资中发行总额为 100 万美元的可转债票据，后续在符合特定条件的情况下，还可追加最多 1900 万美元的融资额度。该公司此前已购入价值约 800 万美元的 FET 代币。
