　　驴迹科技（01745）发布公告，本公司执行董事及控股股直接全资拥有的公司Lu Jia Technology Holdings Limited（Lu Jia Technology）拟增持股权。截至本公告日期，本公司董事会获臧先生通知，Lu Jia Technology已透过场外交易购入本公司2900万股股份（控股股东增持股权），代价约为855.5万港元（相当于平均购入价每股约0.295港元）。

　　董事会认为，控股股东增持股权展示了臧先生对本公司前景及增长潜力的信心。
