智通财经APP获悉，耀才证券金融(01428)涨超6%，本周股价累涨近1.4倍。截至发稿，涨6.13%，报7.27港元，成交额2.54亿港元。
消息面上，蚂蚁控股全资子公司上海云进通过旗下公司于4月25日向耀才证券金融发起要约收购，拟以3.28港元/股（较停牌前溢价17.6%）收购大股东叶茂林先生及其一致行动人所持全部股权，占发行股份约50.55%，总对价28.14亿港元。耀才证券表示，本次合作将驱动公司未来的业务增长，促进耀才证券数字化及转型，使业务运营更上一层楼，成为以尖端技术为后盾的领先交易平台。
