智通财经APP获悉，归创通桥-B(02190)午前涨近12%，截至发稿，涨11.63%，报20.25港元，成交额1357.92万港元。
消息面上，归创通桥公告，董事会建议以现金形式向公司股东派发截至2024年12月31日止年度本公司每股人民币0.1元(含税)的末期股息，据悉，这将是公司上市后首次现金分红。此外，董事会决定继续进行H股购回计划，并鉴于公司H股价格持续上涨，议决将购回H股的最高金额调整至不超过6.5亿港元。
中信建投此前发布研报称，归创通桥是国内外周介入和神经介入行业的龙头企业，产品管线丰富，更有多款创新产品有望陆续获批，在集采加速国产替代的背景下，公司内生业务有望保持快速增长。2024年，公司实现营业收入7.8亿元，同比增长48.3%；净利润突破1亿元，首度实现全年盈利。随着公司销售规模的持续扩大，叠加公司管理经营效率的持续改善，公司盈利能力有望持续提升。公司在手资金充裕，截至24年底，公司在手现金约为25亿元，预计公司将继续寻求外延并购合作的机会，不断稳固公司行业龙头的地位。
