智通财经APP讯，优矩控股(01948)发布公告，于2025年4月30日，本公司获悉已于首次公开发售中购入26.67万股YB美国存托股份，价格为每股YB美国存托股份15美元(相当于约117港元)(不包括交易成本)，总代价约为400万美元(相当于约3100万港元)(不包括交易成本)。
考虑到招股章程所披露YB的业务前景、财务表现及潜在发展，董事认为购入事项为本集团提供机会分散其投资组合及获取可能的投资回报。
