On May 2, 2025, the company utilized its cash reserves to pay off the remaining $442.55 million principal amount of the notes. The redemption was executed at 100% of the principal amount, along with accrued and unpaid interest up to the redemption date. This move effectively satisfied and discharged the indenture governing the notes, allowing the company to clear its debt obligations earlier than planned.
