微软正在更换其股东案的代理律师事务所，将与特朗普政府达成和解以避免惩罚性行政命令的律师事务所换成了与白宫对抗的律师事务所。法庭文件显示，微软已聘请詹纳-布洛克律师事务所（Jenner & Block）取代辛普森-塔赫律师事务所（Simpson Thacher），参与特拉华州大法官法庭对微软以 690 亿美元收购动视暴雪（Activision Blizzard）的诉讼。文件没有说明原因。
