Emerald Holding Q1 Earnings, Revenue Increase; Shares Rise

The company reiterated its full-year revenue guidance of $450 million to $460 million. Two analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $452 million.

The company's shares were up 17% in recent Thursday trading.

Emerald's board maintained quarterly dividend at $0.015 per share payable on May 22 to holders of common stock as of May 12. Also, board approved an expansion of share repurchase program that allows for the repurchase of $25.0 million of its common stock through December.
