消息面上，天工国际的控股子公司天工股份已于4月28日启动在北交所上市的新股申购。据悉，天工股份以配售及发行方式发行最多6900万股新股，占经扩大股本10.52%，此次上市所募集的全部资金将用于公司年产3000吨高端钛及钛合金棒、丝材生产线项目的建设，建成后公司的产能将从7000吨提升至10000吨。国泰君安此前指，预期天工股份完成上市后，其3000吨钛材项目将加速推进，公司钛合金板块的发展或将提速。而随着公司泰国基地、钛项目的落地，公司未来成长空间将进一步打开。
国盛证券指出，公司为工模具钢细分领域龙头，且不断推进高端化、国内需求旺盛，公司持续派息、具有一定防御性配置价值。高端工模具钢国产替代，国内模具钢高增长，高速钢开拓机器人丝杠等新应用场景。东北证券表示，天工国际是全球特钢细分龙头，主营业务涵盖模具钢、高速钢、切削工具和钛合金，四大业务协同发展。
