根据英伟达于当地时间5月1日递交给美国证交所（SEC）的一份新文件，英伟达 CEO黄仁勋十年来首次加薪了。2025年，黄仁勋的薪酬将增至4990万美元。

截至5月1日，黄仁勋以979亿美元的个人净资产在彭博富豪榜上位列17。

自2022年年底至去年年底，英伟达股价上涨超过9倍。黄仁勋持有该公司约3.5%的股份，价值约940亿美元。

但这是黄仁勋十年来首次加薪。他的薪酬和浮动现金均上涨了约50%。2025年，黄仁勋的基本工资将增至150万美元，较2024年增长49%。他的浮动现金也比2024年增加了100万美元，增幅为50%。股票奖励增至3880万美元，总薪酬达到4990万美元。

英伟达薪酬委员会在文件中称，考虑到内部薪酬与其他高管基本工资的公平性，黄仁勋的加薪是合理的，并且这是黄仁勋基本工资十年来首次增长。

文件还显示，黄仁勋2025年的安保成本也上涨了。该公司在文件中称，黄仁勋2025年的薪酬还包括350万美元的住宅安保和咨询费以及司机服务费，高于去年的220万美元。

人工智能过去几年推动了英伟达业绩的蓬勃发展。英伟达也成为了全球最有价值的公司之一，还曾登上了美股市值榜榜首。但近期受到多重因素的影响，英伟达市值较去年的高位蒸发了近1万亿美元。截至5月1日美股收盘，英伟达最新市值约2.7万亿美元。

今年2月，英伟达公布2025财年营收增长114%，达1305亿美元。该公司将于5月28日公布新一季度财报。
