智通财经APP讯，朗诗绿色生活(01965)发布公告，南京朗诗(公司的间接全资附属公司)拟于司法拍卖中竞标该等物业，该等物业现由朗诗集团拥有。
根据估值师按市值基准对该等物业进行的估值，该等物业于2025年3月31日的估值总额约为人民币2660万元。南京朗诗愿意于司法拍卖中就可能收购事项竞标的最高代价为人民币2700万元。
公告称，该等物业位于南京市秦淮区中心地段，公共交通便利。倘成功收购该等物业，集团拟保留402室、501室自用，并将该等物业其余部分出租予朗诗集团及其关连方或其他独立第三方(具体条款将于完成后协商)，以获取租金收入。董事认为可能收购事项一方面将扩大集团的资产及经常性收入基础并对公司及股东整体有利;另一方面，集团将能节省物色合适搬迁场所可能所需时间及减少所需成本。
