Teladoc Health has acquired virtual mental health therapy, psychiatry and medication management service provider UpLift for $30 million in cash.
The acquisition boosts access to benefits coverage for consumers served by Teladoc Health's BetterHelp virtual therapy business, Teladoc Health said Wednesday.
The transaction also includes up to $15 million in additional contingent earnout consideration.
UpLift currently has arrangements covering over 100 million lives and a network of over 1,500 mental health professionals. The company's full-year revenue in 2024 was $15 million, Teladoc Health said.
UpLift will continue to be led by its existing Chief Executive Kyle Talcott.
