本报讯（记者阮晓莹 通讯员韦耀尹）记者从平陆运河集团获悉，近日，平陆运河企石枢纽船闸闸室16号中墩输水廊道顺利封顶，标志着企石枢纽输水廊道经过472天的攻坚奋战实现全部封顶，为加快完成企石枢纽工程、推进平陆运河建设奠定坚实基础。

　　据了解，企石枢纽船闸闸室输水系统采用“单侧闸墙长廊道、经闸室中心进口垂直分流，闸底四区段分支廊道顶部出水盖板消能”的分散输水系统，廊道系统具有分层布设、立体交叉、断面形式多变等特点。在输水廊道施工过程中，存在异形模板制作、多工序交叉作业、大体积混凝土温控防裂等多项难题，是企石枢纽最为复杂的施工部分。

　　为高标准高质量高效率推进企石枢纽输水廊道建设，平陆运河建设管理团队利用BIM技术提前介入模板设计及采用施工全过程模拟等数字化手段，创新研发混凝土精确计量设备和适应性强的智能布料系统，攻克了上闸首“鹅颈段”输水廊道最大高差26.7米、大体积混凝土浇筑、智能温控和防裂技术要求高等难题，实现了混凝土表面平整度高于行业规范标准。
