BUZZ-Camden Property rises after Q1 FFO beats estimates

** Camden Property Trust's CPT.N shares rise 4% to $120, as Q1 fund from operations (FFO) beats analysts' estimates

** Co posts Q1 FFO of $1.70/share, compared with analysts' average estimate of $1.68/share

** CPT's Q1 property revenue was $390.6 mln, above the consensus of $388.9 mln

** However, co expects 2025 FFO to range between $6.53/share and $6.83/share, with the mid-point below analysts' average estimate of $6.77/share, according to data compiled by LSEG

** Says expects per-share profit to be between $1.01 and $1.31 in 2025, below estimates of $1.50 per share

** 10 of 25 brokerages rate the stock "buy" or higher, 14 "hold" and 1 "sell"; their median PT is $128 - LSEG

** As of last close, stock had fallen 1% YTD
