消息面上，据媒体报道，一家国资背景的上海基金正在进行初步讨论，计划收购大冢对微创医疗的20.9%股份。据悉，截至2024年6月30日，大冢控股仍是微创医疗的第一大股东，而早在24年10月就有市场消息称，大冢控股正考虑出售微创医疗的股份。
美银证券此前发布研报称，通过严格执行成本控制措施，微创医疗实现了2024年净亏损低于2.75亿美元的目标。基于2024年的财报，计及新产品推出与带量采购政策的影响，将2025至2027年收入预测下调7%至8%，毛利率预测下调2至3个百分点，2025至2032年收入年均复合增长率长期预测则上调至14.4%。该行指，微创医疗海外市场增长潜力强劲，憧憬业务全球化可迅速推广。
