格隆汇5月8日｜有媒体援引两名知情人士表示，美国联邦人力资源局(FAA)准备推出软件，加快美国政府的裁员速度。FAA是亿万富翁埃隆•马斯克削减联邦雇员计划的核心。该软件是五角大楼已有数十年历史的AutoRIF程序的升级版，该程序近年来很少使用。四名不愿透露姓名的消息人士称，在马斯克的政府效率部(DOGE)的指导下，美国人事管理办公室(OPM)的软件开发人员在过去几个月里创建了一个更加好用的网络版本，比目前劳动密集型的人工流程更快地提供裁员目标。该计划将由人事管理办公室向各机构推出，而此时马斯克正退出DOGE，将更多精力放在特斯拉和他的其他公司上。
