智通财经APP获悉，耀才证券金融(01428)今日创新高后快速回落，盘中一度跌超13%，股价较收购案前仍累涨1.5倍。截至发稿，跌8.26%，报7.66港元，成交额14.08亿港元。
消息面上，4月25日，蚂蚁财富通过关联公司上海云发起对耀才证券的要约收购，此次要约价为每股3.28港元，较停牌前收盘价溢价17.6%，涉及约8.58亿股，总价28.14亿港元，已支付10%定金。东海证券指出，耀才证券香港金融牌照优势显著，距富途控股仍有一定差距。
该行指出，蚂蚁此次战略布局标志着香港证券市场进入科技赋能的新阶段，行业分化趋势将进一步加剧。长远来看，香港证券市场或将进入科技赋能的新阶段，数字化转型、持续创新、完善的产品体系将成为核心竞争力，也为内地资本市场发展提供重要参考。
