　　东京中央拍卖(01939.HK)宣布，控股股东安藤湘等，向黄仕坤旗下的ESSA FINANCIAL GROUP LTD、瑞和数智(03680.HK)、李杰峰、郑浩然等出售近3.75亿股东京中央拍卖股份，相当全部已发行股本约74.99%，代价为1.65亿港元，相当于每股0.44港元，较停牌前1.50港元折让约70.7%。

　　收购完成后，黄仕坤旗下的ESSA FINANCIAL GROUP LTD将持有65.99%的股权，瑞和数智(03680.HK)、李杰峰、郑浩然则各持有3%的股权。

　　收购方拟在要约结束后，维持东京中央拍卖在联交所的上市地位，也无意行使任何强制收购任何发行在外股份的权力。

　　截至午间收市，东京中央拍卖每股报0.99港元，今年以来累计涨102.04%，总市值约4.95亿港元。
