据《美国汽车新闻》报道，作为新东家CYVN Holdings重振计划的一部分，迈凯伦汽车（McLaren Automotive）宣布任命前捷豹路虎工程师Nick Collins 为公司新任首席执行官。

报道称，迈凯伦汽车已与由CYVN控股的豪华电动汽车初创企业Forseven合并，二者均成为迈凯伦集团控股公司（McLaren Group Holdings）的组成部分。该公司于4月29日宣布，Collins将担任迈凯伦集团控股公司的首席执行官一职，并负责迈凯伦汽车公司的相关事务。

据悉，Collins接替的是Michael Leiters。Leiters曾是法拉利的高管，于2022年开始担任迈凯伦的首席执行官，并因推出750S和Artura轿跑车等车型而备受赞誉。

迈凯伦此前表示，CVYN将带来所需的投资以将业务“拓展到新的产品类别”，但未透露具体细节，仅表示更多相关信息将于今年晚些时候公布。

作为迈凯伦收购案的一部分，CVYN将赎回所有未偿债券，因此该公司不再需要发布财务报告。
