金吾财讯 | 据港交所5月6日披露，宁德时代(300750)通过港交所主板上市聆讯，美银、中金、中信建投、摩根大通、高盛、摩根士丹利及瑞银为联席保荐人。
公司是一家全球领先的新能源创新科技公司，公司主要从事动力电池、储能电池的研发、生产、销售，以推动移动式化石能源替代、固定式化石能源替代，并通过电动化和智能化实现市场应用的集成创新。截至2024年9月30日止，公司已在全球设立六大研发中心、十三大电池生产制造基地，服务网点遍布64个国家和地区。公司覆盖全球最广泛的客户与终端用户群体，截至2024年11月末止，已实现动力电池累计装车约1,700万辆，全球平均每三辆新能源车就有一辆装载宁德时代电池，储能电池在全球应用超过1,700个项目。
财务方面，于2022年、2023年、2024年，宁德时代收入为3285.94亿元(人民币，下同)、4009.17亿元、3620.13亿元；对应同期，公司拥有人应占利润为307.29亿元、447.02亿元、520.33亿元。
