智通财经APP讯，南华集团控股(00413)发布公告，于2025年5月6日(交易时段后)，卖方(公司间接全资附属公司)与买方Splendid Enterprises Limited(公司关连人士吴先生的联系人)订立买卖协议，据此，根据买卖协议的条款及在其条件规限下，卖方有条件同意出售而买方有条件同意购买目标公司的全部已发行股本(即出售股份)，代价为2696.03万港元。
据悉，目标公司为World Mastery Limited宇翘有限公司、Crosslight Limited航辉有限公司及Chun Wing Company Limited浚荣有限公司。
公告称，出售事项为精简集团物业组合、降低风险及释放价值提供机会。透过出售有关实体，集团可消除与低价值资产相关的负债，并确认一次性出售收益以巩固综合财务状况。
