1019 GMT - Bitcoin trades steady as investors sit on their hands ahead of the Federal Reserve's policy meeting on Wednesday. Traders remain in "wait and see" mode ahead of the Fed's announcement, Scope Markets analyst Joshua Mahony says in a note. Fed Chair Jerome Powell is under pressure from President Trump to cut rates. However, the Fed will "want to wait and see exactly what the inflation and growth implications are from President Trump's tariffs before making a move." Bitcoin trades flat at $94,226, according to LSEG. (renae.dyer@wsj.com)
