智通财经APP获悉，钧达股份(02865)今日上市，午后涨幅扩大逾20%，截至发稿，涨20.09%，报26.6港元，成交额1.11亿港元。
据悉，钧达股份是领先的专业光伏电池制造商。公司持续专注于高效光伏电池的研发、生产和销售。凭借研发创新及关键技术，公司已在N型TOPCon电池及P型PERC电池等不同代主流光伏电池中保持竞争地位。根据弗若斯特沙利文的资料，按2024年的出货量计，在专业制造商中，公司的N型TOPCon电池全球市场份额达至约24.7%，排名第一，公司的光伏电池全球市场份额达至约17.9%，排名第二。值得一提的是，此次港股上市，标志着钧达股份“A+H”双资本平台正式落地。
交银国际表示，钧达股份5月5日公告H股发行价确定为22.15港元，为A股价格的52%，对应1.25/1.20倍1Q25/2025年市帐率；发行0.63亿股，占发行后股本22%，超出此前约15%的指引。公司H股5月8日上市，30日的价格稳定期结束后将纳入港股通。该行指，由于公司在业内率先完成H股发行，提高中东建厂并获取海外市场超额利润的确定性，该行将美国业务估值基准由6倍2026年市盈率提高至9倍，基于分部估值，将目标价下调至50.39元（原57.57元）。维持买入评级。
