May 6 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on Tuesday:

** Arthur J Gallagher announced that it has acquired Türkiye-based boutique insurance and reinsurance broker Aspera Sigorta ve Reasürans Brokerliği A.Ş. (Aspera).

** U.S. meal delivery firm DoorDash DASH.O will buy Deliveroo ROO.L in a deal valuing the British rival at about 2.9 billion pounds ($3.85 billion), the companies said, banking on a bigger reach and local expertise to take on competition.

** Vietnamese budget airline Vietjet said it had bought a strategic stake in Kazakhstan's Qazaq Air to form a joint venture that will operate a fleet of at least 20 Boeing 737 aircraft.

** OpenAI has agreed to buy artificial intelligence-assisted coding tool Windsurf for about $3 billion, Bloomberg News reported on Monday, citing people familiar with the matter.

** British financial services provider Alpha Group International ALPH.L said it had rejected an all-cash proposal from U.S.-based business payments firm Corpay CPAY.N.

** U.S. fuel supplier Sunoco SUN.N has struck a $9.1-billion deal to buy Canada-based Parkland PKI.TO, a move that would create the Americas' largest independent fuel distributor but which Parkland's largest shareholder immediately criticized.
