消息面上，据固生堂近日披露，公司上市以来，持续通过股份回购优化资本结构。自2023年8月首次启动回购以来，公司已累计斥资超3.5亿港元完成超80次回购，累计回购981.1万股。2024年5月1日至今，在一年时间内回购超50次，斥资近2.5亿港元，回购总股数达720.7万股。公司表示未来将继续深化“中医+科技”双轮驱动模式，通过数字化升级与生态圈拓展巩固行业龙头地位，为投资者创造可持续价值。
另外，公司近期公布2025年一季度经营数据，报告期内公司实现客户就诊人次121万，同比增长12.7%。华福证券指，公司持续加码中医AI，优化优质医疗资源供给+客户精细化服务。此外，中医医疗服务行业需求旺盛，政策持续支持下将迎来高速发展期。公司作为国内连锁中医医疗服务龙头企业，跨区域经营能力优秀，业务模式复制性突出，在品牌、人才、资源等方面具备显著优势，长期增长潜力十足。
