Scentre Group (ASX:SCG) said its business partners achieved AU$6.7 billion in total sales in the quarter ended March 31, up 2.8% from a year earlier, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
The company's portfolio occupancy came in at 99.6% as of March 31, while average specialty rent escalations were 4.4% during the quarter. The firm completed 635 leasing deals during the period.
Work is progressing on the staged redevelopment of Westfield Bondi in Sydney and the expansion of Westfield Sydney on the corner of Market and Castlereagh Streets, the company said.
The company reiterated that its funds from operations target is AU$0.2275 per security for 2025, representing 4.3% growth for the year.
Scentre Group's shares fell almost 1% in recent trading on Wednesday.
