智通财经APP讯，华检医疗(01931)发布公告，公司将视乎市况及根据购回授权，自本公告日期起一年期间，不时在公开市场上购回股份。为免生疑，于2025年6月30日举行的公司股东周年大会后进行的任何股份购回，将取决于股东于2025年股东周年大会上批准购回授权。
根据股份购回计划，董事会计划动用最多5000万港元(含税及交易费用)购回不超过3000万股股份。根据香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则，每次购回的实际购买价不得高于紧接每次购回前五个交易日的平均收市价5%或以上。公司将自其现有可动用现金为股份购回计划提供资金。
公告称，公司现时股份价格低于其内在实际价值，未必能反映公司的业务前景;及股份购回计划反映董事会及公司高级管理层对公司长期增长及市场表现充满信心，最终将为公司带来利益并为其股东创造价值，因此股份购回计划符合公司及其股东的整体最佳利益。
