【方正证券：轻量化是人形机器人重要产业趋势 镁合金、PEEK等材料或迎来渗透率向上】金十数据5月8日讯，方正证券研报认为，轻量化助力人形机器人在续航、性能、使用寿命等多方面优化提升，是大势所趋。在政策、资本等加持下，人形机器人产业提速，有望于不远的将来实现商业闭环。特斯拉、优必选、宇树等主流机器人厂商在迭代过程中均不同程度呈现减重、轻量化趋势。特斯拉于2023年12月推出OptimusGen2，其相较Gen1除了在传感器等方面的变化，体重减轻10kg，步行速度提升30%。机器人轻量化可选材料包括铝、镁、PEEK、碳纤维材料等，在机器人躯体外壳、关节壳体、齿轮、轴承、减速器/电机零部件等领域或将广泛应用。
