智通财经APP获悉，中环新能源(01735)高开逾3%，截至发稿，涨3.36%，报11.08港元，成交额500.82万港元。
消息面上，中环新能源发布公告，于2025年5月7日，广州融捷能源科技有限公司(广州融捷)与本公司间接全资附属公司中环低碳新能源(安徽)集团有限公司(中环低碳)订立战略合作框架协议(该协议)，该协议订约方(订约方)拟推进碳峰值行动及促进资源高效利用及绿色低碳发展、发挥各自优势及需求，按照中国“碳达峰”及“碳中和”的重要战略方针，本着优势互补、互惠互利、共同发展的原则，共同发展新能源及绿色能源产业。
本集团目前有五个主要业务分部，即新能源与工程、采购及施工;绿色建筑与施工相关业务；智慧能源管理服务；健康与保健；及食品及饮料供应链。董事会相信，该协议中拟定及概述的合作框架将使本集团发挥其在开发及运营新能源项目方面的经验及能力。董事会亦相信是次合作可扩大本集团的商机、扩阔其收入来源及提升其财务业绩。因此，董事会认为与广州融捷的合作将有利于本集团的未来发展，并将符合本公司及其股东(股东)的整体利益。
